IICNS (Indian Institute of Code Network & Security) is a premier offline institute in India, partnering with multiple colleges nationwide. Their mission is to shape the next generation of tech leaders and techpreneurs, offering cutting-edge education in technology and security.
Project Goals
Branding & Lead Conversion: They needed a strong online presence to convert leads effectively and establish their brand across India. This included creating a distinctive logo, developing a comprehensive website, and designing print materials.
Online Learning Module (LMS): IICNS wanted to expand its educational offerings with an online learning platform, allowing students to access course materials and resources remotely
Our Approach
Website & Branding Development
Logo & Branding: We started by crafting a modern and professional logo that captures the essence of IICNS. This was followed by the development of a consistent brand identity, reflected across all digital and print materials.
Website Design: We designed a user-friendly website focused on lead generation. The website highlights IICNS’s unique offerings, showcases their partnerships with colleges, and provides clear calls to action to convert visitors into leads.
Print Materials: To complement the digital efforts, we also designed a suite of print materials that align with the new brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging both online and offline.
Learning Management System (LMS)
LMS Development: We developed a comprehensive LMS on WordPress, tailored to meet the needs of IICNS’s students. The platform provides an intuitive interface where students can access course materials, participate in discussions, and track their progress.
Seamless Integration: The LMS was seamlessly integrated with the existing IICNS website, providing a unified experience for users. This integration ensures that students and faculty can easily navigate between learning modules and other resources.

Implementation
Establishing a brand that could be recognized and trusted, particularly with a name that mirrors the prestigious IIT institutes, was challenging. We needed to create a branding strategy that would not only establish IICNS but also maintain the high standards associated with its name.
Developing courses that could compete with offerings from global platforms like Coursera and Coding Ninjas required a thoughtful approach. We had to ensure that the content was both innovative and valuable for students who were already familiar with similar courses.
Differentiating IICNS from other institutes and online platforms was tough. We had to carve out a unique identity that would resonate with students and educators alike.
The tech education market is highly competitive, with numerous established players. Standing out in such a saturated environment was a significant challenge.

To compete with global platforms like Coursera and Coding Ninjas, we worked closely with IICNS to design courses that offered more than just coding skills.
